Managing Your Account
Our platform provides comprehensive account management features to help you manage your billing, credits, and payment information efficiently. This guide explains how to navigate these features and make the most of your account.
Billing & Credits Overview
The Billing & Credits section is where you can monitor and manage your credits and payment activities. To access this section, navigate to Dashboard → Account → Billing from the main navigation menu.
Key Features:

Credit Balance: View your current credit balance across different plan types.

Add Credits: Purchase additional credits by clicking the "Add Credits" button in the top-right corner of the billing page.

Payment History: Review your past payments, including reference numbers, amounts, and dates.

Credit Activity: Track all your credit transactions, including purchases and usage.
Managing Your Payment History
The Payment History section displays your recent transactions:

View Invoices: Click on a payment reference number or the "Invoice" button to view and download your invoice.

Payment Status: Each payment is color-coded based on its status (completed, pending, or failed).

Full History: To view your complete payment history beyond the most recent transactions, click "View all payments" at the bottom of the payment history card.
Tracking Credit Activity
The Recent Credit Activity section shows all transactions affecting your credit balance:

Transaction Types: Each entry shows the type of transaction (purchase, usage, refund, etc.).

Credit Changes: Positive amounts (in green) indicate credits added to your account, while negative amounts (in red) indicate credits used.

Plan Types: The plan type for each transaction is displayed to help you track credits across different services.

Detailed History: For a complete view of all credit transactions, click "View all activity" at the bottom of the card.
Adding New Credits
To purchase additional credits:
- Click the "Add Credits" button at the top of the Billing page.
- Select the desired credit bundle or enter a custom amount.
- Choose your payment method from your saved options or add a new payment method.
- Review your purchase details and confirm the transaction.
- Credits will be immediately added to your account once the payment is processed.
Managing Account Settings
The Account Settings page allows you to manage your personal information, security settings, and notification preferences. To access your account settings, navigate to Dashboard → Account → Settings from the main navigation menu.
On this page, you can:
