1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Traffic Creator website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Easytrafficbot UG ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Traffic Creator website and services.
2. Use License
Upon purchasing our services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our traffic generation services for your websites or applications in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not include:

Modifying or copying our proprietary software or technology

Using the services for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities

Transferring your account or services to another person without our prior written consent

Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Traffic Creator website

Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Any use of the services beyond what is permitted in these Terms requires written permission from us.
3. Service Description
Traffic Creator provides web traffic generation services designed to increase visits to your website. The traffic is generated using automated methods and is intended for testing, demonstration, and analytics purposes.

4. Payment Terms
Mastercard Payment Processing Terms
Traffic Creator accepts Mastercard for recurring SaaS subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your Mastercard according to your selected billing cycle.
Billing Cycles and Subscription Management

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Currency Conversion: If your payment is processed in a currency different from your card's default currency, your card issuer may charge currency conversion fees. These fees are not collected by Traffic Creator and are subject to your card issuer's policies.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 48 hours. After three failed attempts, your traffic campaigns will be paused, and your account access may be limited until payment is successfully processed.

Receipts: A receipt will be emailed to you for every transaction. All subscription charges will appear on your statement as "TRAFFICCREATOR" or "EASYTRAFFICBOT".
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your Traffic Creator dashboard
- Navigating to Account Settings > Subscription
- Clicking on "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your services until that time.
5. Refund & Dispute Policy
No-Refund Policy for Used Services
Due to the nature of our digital services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for used traffic credits or completed traffic campaigns. Once traffic has been delivered to your website, the service is considered used and non-refundable.
Exceptions to Our No-Refund Policy

Unauthorized Transactions: Chargebacks are accepted only for unauthorized transactions. You must provide evidence that the transaction was not authorized by you. Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect an unauthorized charge.

Unused Credits: Refund requests for unused traffic credits will be considered if submitted within 7 days of purchase and if no portion of the credits has been used. A 5% processing fee may apply to all refunds.

For billing disputes or questions about charges, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Billing Dispute" and include:
- Your account email address
- Date of the transaction in question
- Amount charged
- Reason for the dispute
We will respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days.
6. PCI-DSS Compliance
Payment Security
Traffic Creator adheres to PCI-DSS Level 4 compliance standards for processing credit card payments. We prioritize the security of your payment information and implement industry-standard measures to protect your data.

7. Fraud Prevention
Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Activity
Traffic Creator maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent payments and misuse of our services. We employ advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Consequences of Fraudulent Activity
The following actions will be taken in cases of confirmed fraudulent activity:

Immediate Account Termination: Accounts associated with fraudulent payments (such as stolen credit cards) will be terminated immediately without notice.

IP and Behavior Analysis: We conduct IP address and user behavior analysis to prevent abuse of our traffic generation services. Suspicious patterns may trigger account review.

Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of deliberate fraud or repeated violations of our terms.
We work with financial institutions to investigate and resolve cases of suspected fraud. If you believe your account has been wrongly flagged, please contact our support team with relevant documentation to verify your identity and payment method.
8. Liability for Service Delivery
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality traffic generation services, there are inherent limitations and variables that may affect service delivery and results.
Traffic Quality Disclaimer
In accordance with Mastercard's "intangible services" clause, Traffic Creator disclaims responsibility for:

Traffic Quality Fluctuations: The quality and characteristics of generated traffic may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to website configuration, content, and technical specifications.

Conversion Rates: We do not guarantee any specific conversion rates, sales, or other business outcomes resulting from the traffic we generate.

Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for any penalties, restrictions, or other actions taken by third parties (such as search engines, advertising networks, or hosting providers) in response to traffic generated through our services.
Service Interruptions
Traffic Creator is not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by:
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
- Scheduled maintenance (which will be announced in advance when possible)
- Force majeure events
- Actions taken to comply with legal requirements
