About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Traffic Creator, you'll be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement.
You'll work with our team to develop compelling content, optimize our online presence, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve our marketing efforts. Your work will directly impact our ability to reach new clients and help them understand the value of our traffic generation services.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, content, SEO)
- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging content for our blog, website, social media, and email campaigns
- Implement SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
- Set up and manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing
Bonus skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Experience with video production and editing
- HubSpot or similar marketing automation certification
- Fluency in German or other European languages
- Experience with web analytics beyond Google Analytics (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel)

Our interview process
