Marketing Intern

About the role

As a Marketing Intern at Traffic Creator, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to real projects. You'll work alongside our marketing team, learning various aspects of digital marketing including content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and more. This internship is designed to provide valuable work experience and mentorship to help you build your marketing career.

What you'll do

• Assist with content creation for our blog, social media, and email campaigns
• Help manage and schedule posts for our social media accounts
• Support the team in SEO research and implementation
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including design and analytics
• Help with market research and competitor analysis
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Track and analyze marketing metrics using various tools
• Contribute ideas to improve our marketing strategies
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and web technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus skills

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with social media analytics
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing

Our selection process

1. Initial application review (1 week)
2. Phone screening (20 minutes)
3. Marketing assignment (simple content creation task)
4. Interview with Marketing Manager (30-45 minutes)
5. Offer and start date agreement
