Main Navigation Menu

The main navigation menu is located on the left side of the screen and provides access to all major sections of the platform:

Dashboard Home

The Dashboard Home provides a high-level overview of your account, including:

  • Account Summary: Your current credit balance, plan type, and account status.
  • Quick Stats: Active projects, total traffic generated, and recent campaign performance.
  • Notifications: Important alerts about your account and campaigns.
  • Recent Activity: A timeline of recent actions and events on your account.

Projects

The Projects section is where you manage all your traffic campaigns:

  • Project List: View all your active, paused, and completed projects in a sortable list.
  • Create New Project: Start a new traffic campaign with the "+ New Project" button.
  • Project Details: Click on any project to view its detailed settings and performance metrics.
  • Project Actions: Pause, resume, duplicate, or delete projects as needed.

To effectively manage your projects:

  1. Use the search bar at the top of the project list to quickly find specific projects.
  2. Use filters to view projects by status (active, paused, completed) or type (direct, social, organic).
  3. Sort projects by name, date, performance, or other criteria using the column headers.
  4. Use the bulk action menu to perform actions on multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytics

The Analytics section provides detailed performance data for your traffic campaigns:

  • Overview: High-level performance metrics across all active projects.
  • Traffic Reports: Detailed reports on traffic volume, sources, and patterns.
  • Geographic Data: Visualizations of traffic distribution by country, region, and city.
  • Behavior Metrics: Data on bounce rates, time on page, and user interactions.
  • Custom Reports: Create and save custom reports based on specific parameters.
  • Export Functions: Download reports in various formats (CSV, PDF, Excel).

Tip: Use the date range selector at the top of the Analytics section to view data for specific time periods. You can choose from preset ranges (today, this week, this month) or select a custom date range.

Account

The Account section is where you manage your profile, billing, and account settings:

  • Profile: Update your personal information, email, and contact details.
  • Billing: Manage payment methods, view invoices, and purchase credits.
  • Subscription: View and modify your subscription plan.
  • Security: Update password, configure two-factor authentication, and manage login settings.
  • Notifications: Configure email and in-platform notification preferences.
  • API Access: Generate and manage API keys for programmatic access to your account (Professional and Expert plans only).

Tools

The Tools section provides access to additional features and utilities:

  • URL Shortener: Create and manage shortened URLs for your campaigns.
  • Sitemap Generator: Create XML sitemaps for your websites.
  • RSS Feed Reader: Manage RSS feeds for content-driven traffic campaigns.
  • IP Checker: Verify IP addresses and check their geographic information.

The Support section connects you with help resources:

Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation bar contains several important elements:

  • Credit Balance: Quick view of your current credit balance.

Dashboard Widgets

Project Dashboard

When you click on a specific project, you'll access the Project Dashboard, which provides detailed information and controls for that campaign:

Project Overview Tab

  • Status Card: Shows the current status, runtime, and basic stats.
  • Performance Charts: Visualizations of traffic patterns and key metrics.
  • Quick Controls: Buttons to pause, resume, or modify the campaign.
  • Traffic Distribution: Breakdown of traffic by source, device, and location.

Settings Tab

  • General Settings: Project name, description, and basic configuration.
  • Traffic Sources: Configuration of traffic types and source patterns.
  • Geo-Targeting: Geographic distribution settings.

Mobile Dashboard Experience

Traffic Creator's dashboard is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. When accessing the platform from a smartphone or tablet:

  • The left navigation menu collapses into a hamburger menu.
  • Widgets adapt to the smaller screen size for optimal viewing.
  • Touch-friendly controls replace hover interactions.
  • Charts and graphs are optimized for mobile display.
  • Critical functions remain accessible while less essential elements may be hidden in expandable sections.

To access the mobile menu, tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.

Troubleshooting Dashboard Issues

Dashboard Not Loading

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try using a different browser or device.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Verify that any ad-blockers or privacy extensions are not interfering with dashboard functionality.

Missing or Incorrect Data

  • Verify that the date range selector is set correctly.
  • Check if there are any active filters that might be excluding certain data.
  • Allow up to 30 minutes for new traffic data to appear in your reports.
  • Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

Performance Issues

  • Close unnecessary browser tabs and applications.
